Technical information, including IP addresses, may be processed to generate anonymous visitor statistics but is not stored as part of standard analytics records.

We use these statistics to understand website traffic and improve our services, relying on our legitimate interests.

6. Individuals named in our asset data

AGRIPA provides information about renewable energy assets, including their ownership.

Some assets are associated with identifiable private individuals. We obtain ownership information from publicly available records, including Companies House filings and registers.

Where relevant, we process individuals' names and their relationship to an asset or owning organisation. We do not deliberately collect personal contact details, residential addresses or dates of birth for this purpose.

We use this information to identify asset ownership and support legitimate commercial activities, including investment research, valuation, due diligence and potential acquisitions.

Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests in providing accurate asset ownership intelligence to professional users, balanced against the rights and interests of the individuals concerned.
